Best primer for forehead wrinkles and oily skin??

I have ( mostly) very very oily skin with some dry spots here and there. The thing is, I have SIGNIFICANTLY noticeable forehead wrinkles! I have very acne prone skin, too. I’m mainly looking for a primer to help  cover the forehead wrinkles, but any makeup recommendations  fitting me would be super appreciated!

@jmwvonkotas I would recommend tarte Mini Timeless Smoothing Primer 0.25 oz/ 7.5 mL
