Free samples!

Is anyone else not receiving the free samples that they are requesting during the checkout process? I have placed 7 orders in the last 5 weeks and NONE came with the free samples even though they were definitely added to my cart (and I can see them listed on my orders).

Same experience. I just received a package today and no samples. It used to be fun to order from Sephora but they clearly don't want us to have a satisfying experience. This has happened with all my recent orders in the past month or so. I called once, and got some points, but I'm not interested in having to call and beg and hear the rep lie and act so surprised and disappointed, when we all now know that this can't be just mistakes.

It's been happening to me too. Either receiving no samples at all or a different set that I didn't order

I also have not received the free samples I specified the last 2 orders I didn't get any and this latest order I got 1 that I didn't ask for, Its always nice to get the samples to try the product before you purchase, Whats the problem with the samples lately?????
