Bad brows

Please help!

My brows are nearly impossible to gel back!! Does anyone know of a good brow gel that is under 15? (I’m okay if it’s half sized!)

Glossier boy brow is pretty great if you're looking for a gel to set and give you some color/volume.

 

Not a growth serum right?
