Hi, is there anything saphora has that will help with deep rolling acne scars. I have had mine since a teen and am soo sick of looking and dealing with them every day. Please help !! I cant afford surgical or cosmetic treatment.

I would recommend serums with vitamin E, aloe or vitamin C. 

Here are some options: 

The Ordinary Aloe 2% + NAG 2% Solution 1 oz / 30 ml 

Topicals Faded Serum for Dark Spots & Discoloration 1.7 oz/ 50 mL 

The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA Hyperpigmentation Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL 

Cetaphil moisturizing lotion with vitamin E
