I bought the ABH brow wiz for the third time now. The first two times I bought it in store and loved it. I still do love it but when I bought it online I got the items and right when I tried to use it the whole thing fell out like it was a mechanical pencil. I was so upset because I am a teenager that lives off of basically no money and it was $23 +tax. Idk how to contact them or what to do. It was such a waste of money. I wish I had a store never me.

That’s frustrating! I actually had the same experience today, I ordered a palette and one of the shadows was broken and spilled everywhere messing up the other shadows lol. I called customer service (number is on your packing slip) and they quickly remedied the situation. Sent a replacement straight away! They’ve always been really helpful with these matters. Good luck!

@Rachelsheldon Call customer service and tell them you got a faulty product so they can send you a replacement.
