A thread dedicated to Wayne Goss brushes and cosmetics line.
@TraceyEB, yaaaay! 🥰 The design of these brushes are so beautiful! 😍 I imagine the blue squirrel bristles will feel super soft and silky against the skin! ♥️
Well, I am extraordinarily envious, @TraceyEB 🤩 I saw those, they look absolutely stunning. The aesthetic is so different than what I am used to seeing. Thank you for sharing!!!
@eshoe, you summarized the set perfectly. I'm enamoured with the angles and taper of the bristles, and the handles look like each one could be slightly unique. So well done!
@TraceyEB I bet the hairs on these are so soft. I don’t have a huge brush collection, but have a nice set of Surratt’s (which you probably know - many are grey squirrel, too).
Combined with the wooden handles, these are really quite a special collection. Enjoy them, they are pretty unique!
@eshoe, they are especially soft and the brushes unique. I've wanted to try Surratt brushes. Do you have ones that you especially enjoy using?
@TraceyEB there are a couple that I use more than others, so I guess you could say they are my favorites! The steep taper and hair of the Medium Artistique Smoky Eye allows for such a light application. And it’s large enough to do double duty for a light wash across my lids. The Face Brush is such a joy to use, it’s the softest powder brush I’ve owned, and it’s a treat to use every time!
Would love to hear about it if our should ever pick one up, @TraceyEB! And congrats on your gorgeous WG set. They are gorgeous!

Artist brush collection
Beautiful brushes.
Wayne’s video is out now for the artist collection
hmm what’s everyone’s thoughts? I’ve really been loving SG brushes lately, maybe even more. Not sure that I’m in love with any of these
@aviscardi I love Sonia G brushes and but I still have some WG favorites. I’m a brush junkies so I still buy both brands and have tons of brushes haven’t been used 😂🤣 It will be hard for me to resist this set. I’m pretty sure they will sit there unused for sometimes 😘 I hope they are as good as his airbrush
I use to prefer WG but lately SG brushes are doing it right lol. I have his airbrush and also two of the 02 which is a fave for highlight. I think those are the only two i can think of that are blue squirrel ? These are speciality brushes for sure I tend to prefer goat because squirrel is a bit soft for me.
I like the brushes, but then I'm also thinking about his air-brush and how the middle size brush can be used similarly to the airbrush. So while I like all three, I'm wondering how the air-brush (and some of the holiday releases, too) compare to this new collection.
I think i had one holiday brush that i purchased and ended up not keeping. Not for quality but just the brush shape of his holiday brushes are not something i tended to gravitate towards. I could see the airbrush doing something similar. Lately I have an affinity for SG fan brushes for bronzer
