There are so many newer brands coming to mainstream retailers...which ones have piqued your interest? And which ones don't speak to you?

There have been so many indie beauty brands popping up at Sephora and Ulta that it's hard to keep up.  Which brands do you think look promising, and which aren't you drawn to?  And what do you think about the trend of so many competitors coming up?

I know it's been a long time coming, but I finally feel like the beauty world is over-saturated.  Instead of interesting new products, I feel like a lot of it is just new branding.  I highly doubt that the newest brand has a hidden gem moisturizer, or the most amazing shade of red lipstick that no one has ever seen before. 

Also, much of it has no appeal to me because it's for tweens/teens (think Bubble, Byoma), or too high a price point (think Prada Beauty).

And without shelf space in stores, I'm highly unlikely to blind buy most color cosmetics. 

These days when I see a new brand I'm either numb to it, or dubious.
