white-blonde highlights and what goes with it

so I always try to make sure my eyes, hair, lips, clothing don't clash. I've posted some pics of me to give you an idea of how I wear my hair and what kind of makeup I do. I really want to get this extremely white-blonde highlights in my hair but I'm worried it won't work for me and my makeup won't look well with it either. any opinions?

I love your hair!! It's been years since my hair was even remotely that short but I loved it when it was. Now I'd have to have wild out courage to do it again. I'd say go ahead & do what you want with yours,it'll grow if you end up not liking it. 😁
