leave in conditioner for dry and damaged hair

Hi ! I have dry, medium, mid-back length hair that I'm trying to grow out. It constantly gets dry and frizzy after I wash it. Can anyone recommend some good leave in conditioner? Thanks!

@mayalove33 I get good results from Briogeo Rosarco Milkโ„ข Reparative Leave-In Conditioning Spray Mini 1.75 oz  , but it does not provide heat protection, so I only use it when I air dry.
