i need hair advice/recommendations

the first picture is my 50%-dried hair brushed and scrunched. i need some tips for silky hair like audrey victoria and tessa peay because my ends are a little damaged and i have a lot of fly-aways like the second picture.

i also have low porosity hair if that helps at all

@AriaJaya Id suggest starting with a good haircut to remove the damage and dead ends.  After that I find that rotating in a hair mask in lieu conditioner once a week a great help.  Have you tried a hair oil or serum at all?
