Verb Ghost Oil vs Shu Uemura Essence Absolue Nourishing Protective Oil

If you have tried one or the other or better yet both... which one would the best choice? I have thinner hair but a butt ton of it and it gets wicked frizzy. Looking to find a product that keeps it sleek and healthy looking!

I love Verb Ghost Oil. My hair (straight - long - thick) gets extra frizzy in the summer and the ghost oil has kept it pretty smooth. The smell isn't overwhelming and a little goes a long way. I hope that helps!
