Galaxy hair, mermaid hair, unicorn hair... I colored my hair this way for a long time before I learned that Instagram folks had made up cool names for it.

@juliehnguyen IT's got a lot more going on in the back when it's down, but I love it and SHE loves it!! Her hair looks a lot healthier now and it's more subtle and sophisticated than that crazy mess I did the first time. LOLOLOL!!!!

It really does look silky and soft @mermadelove! The Rahua mask really worked its magic in Little Miss Mermadelove's hair! And you should definietely give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done knowing how much she loves it!

@juliehnguyen  LOL Apparently the second time was the charm! And since she had light patches and different colors underneath, her color is very dimensional. Best.Mistake. EVER!!! *pats self on back*

@ZombieMetroAnt. Thanks, doll!!! I love the indigo blue! It’s subtle compared to my twists, but I LOVE it!!!!! I Ollie the cobalt blue glass, so now my hair matches my dishes, teacups and knickknacks!!!!!

I saw this at Ulta yesterday- doesn't it sound interesting?  It casually washes the color into your hair but pastel purple seems to be the only color option.

@ZombieMetroAnt. Little Miss is in the redhead process right now. I’ll post pics after. I am NEVER bleaching her hair again!! I just did a 4 hr deep condition prior to the dye!!! @nikki. Yeah, that wouldn’t wor for us without bleach so.....

I have the Pastel pink version of this from ulta, in shampoo only, and it does work to give your hair a subtle pink tint. I think if you combined the shampoo and conditioner daily you’d get a stronger result but because of my job i only use it to touch up my the blush highlights in my rose gold hair.
