Recommend products for thick, coarse color-treated hair

Please recommend best products (shampoo, conditioner and other products/hair tools), to use with thick coarse hair.  My hair gets frizzy and poofy when styled, itโ€™s someone naturally wavy and goes in whatever direction it likes regardless of how I try to  style it. My hair is color-treated monthly for root touch ups.  Thanks in advance.
