My Colored Dark Brown Hair fades to RED?! Please help!

Someone please help me solve this beauty crisis. Every time I dye my hair a dark brown, it fades to a light reddish brown in a matter of a month or two. I am a natural brown, and the fade is even lighter than my natural hair color! I am stuck in a cycle of HAVING to dye my hair now to keep it from looking red. Are there any products that can fix this? Something like purple shampoo for brunettes?

Orlando Pita Play Ampli-Tint is a colored conditioner to help restore/maintain color. I don't think Sephora carries the brand, but I know Ulta does (it's on clearance in-store for half off too...if you like it, stock up!).

John Frieda makes a Color Glaze that would help as well.
