Looking for a better conditioner

Hello, lovelies!

Im looking for a conditioner for my dry hair. My hair type is very fine and straight and I feel as though no matter how much I put in it nothing seems to changd. I have tried the more is less method and I still am seeing no results. I just feel like my hair is lacking shine and I have about 3-4 inches of dead ends that come back way too quickly after I cut my hair. So if anyone has any suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated. I recently moved to America from London, and im still trying to navigate the American beauty brands although many are the same. Thanks!

Avery, sounds like you need to nourish from the inside, topical treatment can only go so far. Try BioCell Collagen

it works for me and haven't met anyone yet that it doesn't work for, it's science, collagen is the building blocks.

@AveryJay14

I have not needed trim since the beginning of June. These are the products that have been helping keep my ends healthy, despite the unusually dry weather we have been having all summer and fall where I live:

shu uemura Ultimate Reset Strengthening Hair Mask for Very Damaged Hair 6 oz/200 mL

shu uemura Essence Absolue Pre-Shampoo & Nourishing Treatment Oil for Scalp & Hair 1.7 oz / 50 mL

Kérastase Elixir Ultime Refillable Hydrating Hair Oil for Shine

Re: Looking for a better conditioner

For my dry hair this conditioner has been great:

amika Mini Soulfood Nourishing Mask 3.3 oz / 100 ml

I also have enjoyed

Briogeo Superfoods™ Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moisture Hair Mask 8.0 oz/ 240 mL

And

Oribe Mini Gold Lust Transformative mask 1.7 oz / 50 mL

Do you have any other hair concerns beside dryness?

Re: Looking for a better conditioner

Thank you! You've been very helpful:) if your down to help, my hair also gets weighed down very easily so if you could help me find something light enough for oily hair, that would be a blessing tysm^/^

Re: Looking for a better conditioner

@AveryJay14 Redken All Soft Heavy Cream is a great mask.   I've been using that, and recently following it up with Redken All Soft Conditioner; a YTer suggested it and I'm really enjoying it.

As for your ends, try hair oils.   I like Redken Frizz Dismiss Oil in Serum.  I also started using Dove hair serum (I think it has oil in it) and have been very impressed.   OGX miracle coconut oil is my fave as a pre-shampoo overnight treatment.

Eva NYC Mane Magic primer is a dry oil I've been using on my dry hair.  I use a ton of other oils.

Lmk how it goes.  Welcome!
