Is there a waterproof hair fiber, scalp color product for thinning hair?

Hi I am disabled and take a lot of medications.  My hair has been thinning due to side effects of the medications.  I've been using hair fibers (like Topix) that work great but easily come off when I sweat - another medical condition.  I've also had to give up swimming under water if anyone else is around.  Is there anyone out here who knows of waterproof products that would help me??  I would be forever grateful.  Thank you.
