Are you using a heat protectant? If so which one? 

It sounds like you definitely need one in your routine.

@Halbree the main resolution for split ends is regular haircuts. It will prevent your hair from further splitting up the shaft. For heat damage, you can use products like K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Mini Molecular Repair Hair Mask & Oil Value Set (they're a better value if you can find them at Costco or Sam's club) or Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector Pre-Shampoo Hair Repair Treatment . They'll help build up the bonds in your hair. L'oreal and Redken have a bond line as well, if you're in the market for something more affordable. Make sure you are using a good heat protectant when blow drying and straightening your hair.
