Damaged bleach blonde hair and Olaplex

Ok so, I just outgrew for two years and recently I had it highlighted blonde. I noticed a texture change in my hair after I washed it and noticed some breakage/ not a lot. I then went back to get it relooked at and the stylist used to high of a heat setting on my hair. I was seeing breakage but nothing to crazy. My hair was a frizzy mess though! Long story short, I stoped the use of heat and let my curls run free. I got two stand alone treatments done and use Olaplex #3 twice a week. I use Purology shampoo and conditioner and Olaplex number 6 on my ends. My hair feels better but my hair is breaking off so much worse after using these products.  I am also noticing multiple  white dots that break off near my hair shaft.Can Olaplex cause hair to develop these stops if used to often? I have never seen these that far up my hair before. What gentle shampoo do you suggest using? I know Olaplex won’t completely  fix hair but why is it getting worse? Even more brown hair has these spots.

@shelly1991

There is a point of no return and your hair might be at it. There is absolutely no way Olaplex could cause your hair to ‘break off’. Your hair is over processed, it’s breaking off because it was too damaged to be lightened. I don’t know what you are using from Pureology but you need to be using a protein or keratin based shampoo/conditioner right now.
