Can anyone recommend shampoo/conditioner?

Hello! I am having a difficult time finding a shampoo and conditioner that my hair approves of. I used to be able to go a few days without washing it and now it looks like I haven't showered by the next day. Within the past few years, I have noticed my scalp gets a bit irritated and becomes itchy in the front and sometimes flakes. I started using Dove DermaCare but didn't like the silicones in it. Currently, I am using Biotera Natural Origin Nurture Moisturizing shampoo, but wanted to try finding something better suited to try cutting down on washing.

 

There are a few I've been checking reviews for and those are Olaplex 4 and 5 and It's A 10 Miracle Moisture. If anyone can provide some insight on either of those, or what works for you with the same hair type, that would be great. Thank you!
