Best hair wrap for sleep?

Hi all - I have pretty thick long wavy hair and only wash it about once a week cuz I’m too lazy to do my hair every day. I’m trying to find a good hair wrap to sleep in to try and prevent bed head and keep my styling looking fresh all week. Any recommendations??

I have similar hair type and concerns @yazmatazz. I have been using the Grace Eleyae Adjustable Slap Satin-Lined Cap nightly. I can get anywhere between 3-4 days from my hairstyle before I just put in some form of ponytail. I have not found a way yet to extend my hairstyle longer.
