I bought magnesium for the first time in a long time and I want to start taking it. Thanks to reading gundry md reviews  I thought about it. I have never had problems with concentration, mood and sleep. But the older I get, the more I notice these problems. I really don't like it. Currently, sports, walks in the fresh air, healthy food help to keep myself afloat. I hope that everything will remain as it is and will not get worse
