Halloween!  It seems like every year it becomes more and more popular.  The candy.  The decorating.  The costumes.  It's so much fun for us to share in the celebration of the season.  Post in as much or as little detail as you'd like.

10/7: What costumes do you enjoy seeing when other people wear them?  Which ones make you cringe? I love to see anything unique and creative, especially the handmade ones. Once we had a teen trick or treater come to our house who was dressed as the moon and stars, that was a cool one! I don't like anything inappropriate, political or offensive.

10/8: Have you ever had an otherworldly or supernatural experience? Not really, although sometimes my coworker and I will joke about the "library ghost" when things happen at work like flickering lights, the TV turning itself on, stuff going missing, etc.

I cringe at the blow up ones that are a pain to walk in,,, like the big dinosaur

Oct. 8: Nothing too crazy, but in college there really seemed to be some spooky things that occurred around campus and at my apartment complex. I’m sure every college has their own versions of stories related to ghosts, spirits, etc. though! We had one building on campus that was allegedly haunted, and my sophomore year I did have a class there. This is of course anecdotal, but I definitely felt a weird vibe there. I also had a yogurt cup “jump” off the table in my apartment, and we’d hear footsteps and doorknobs jiggle randomly. All pretty tame!

I love homemade customs where some thought was put into it. 

Anything gory or cruel makes me cringe.

10/7: What costumes do you enjoy seeing when other people wear them?  Which ones make you cringe?  I enjoy seeing all the different varieties. Overly political costumes make me cringe. Or ones that promote harm to others. (not like the horror film characters. )

10/6: If you could go trick-or-treating for something other than candy, what would it be? I love seeing everyone's answers to this question, there are a lot of fun ideas being put out there! For me personally, probably books 😂 people could pass out their favorite recommendations, I think that would be so fun!
