It's the most wonderful time of the year!!!!  The holidays are coming!!! 🎄🎄🎄

Since the previous 2 years I had a similar thread I thought I would bring it back again this year.  Come and share your beauty or holiday tips, stories or anything that stood out for you during 2018 as we count down the days to a new year and celebrate the different holidays.

If you guys want... I can do the daily questions again. Starting December 1st, each day a new question will be asked related to either the holidays or beauty for 2018. If you have a question you would like me to use please pm me. I’ll add it to the list and tag you when it’s posted.

I agree with @jozkid.  A dusting of snow makes Christmas, Christmas.

As I've gotten older, my personal preference is to avoid winter altogether; but that won't happen where I live.

As long as we have power to stay warm, I love a white Christmas!

I’m a winter kind of gal. Give me some snow on Christmas. No blizzards, but a dusting is lovely!

My dream would be to spend to holidays in a warm and dry climate. It is not fun cleaning snow and ice.

8. Do you have a favorite holiday memory?

I can't recall of anything at the moment...

While I was in college I worked in a major department store. Santa Claus was walking through my department and all of the children went up to him telling him that they were good and were asking him what they would get for Christmas. I told Santa Claus that I was a very bad girl and asked him what I would get. He looked at me up and down then he said bad girl hum, oh you could have me. My coworkers and I laughed about this. This occurred many years ago but everyone loves to hear that story.

These Holiday memories are great!  I remember when I was a kid trying to stay up and wait for Santa Claus and my mom would "call" Santa so he could tell us to go to bed. I found out years later that it was really my uncle who she called. But it worked!

This is my favourite question so far! When I was younger, my grandparents sold Christmas trees out front of their house. When the Christmas holidays came around, I spent my days at their house and it was so magical. It looked just like a Christmas wonderland with the old fashion string lights running from pole to pole. With all the trees, it looked like a little forest and I would wander through them. And of course there seemed to be more snow back then. It was so beautiful. I would often sit and look out the window for customers. I’m so glad that I not only have this memory, but I remember it through the eyes of when I was a child.

when I was about 6 I opened all the presents at my house, then we went to my gmas to open presents. when we came back home, there were a few more presents that magically appeared under the tree...I was convinced there was a Santa!!

One of my favorite memories actually happened several times.  Sneaking around the house in search of our Christmas presents so we could take a peek at them.  We may have even re-wrapped them so our escapades would go unnoticed.  Or so we thought.
