There's a spring fair happening today so this is just a very non fussy makeup look for a fun day out. 🎡🎪

I let my hair air dry, I'm having no luck with my natural wierd little waves but I'm still working on figuring them out. 😉

Yes I do @lmaster I have alot of dry frizz going on lol 😉 but if I touch it with any thing other than my fingers it goes poofy straight frizz. I really don't know how to manage it unless I brush and style it smoothed out but I'm playing around with different things to give it a break from styling and maybe wear pretty waves some day 😆

@CynthieLu the best way to style your hair curly is when it's soaking wet, you need to apply your products as soon as you get out of the shower. I use a serum first or protector then leave in conditioner, curl cream and finally a gel. When you scrunch you want hydration still there, you want to hear those products squish when you scrunch if that makes sense. If your hair starts to get dry, spray water throughout. When I finally have all my products in and my hair is still feeling wet, that's when I use the towel to scrunch and absorb the excess water

Thank you for that @lmaster my hair is so fine it dosen't like to behave. When my hair's wet and I do the squish I have such nice wave clumps but they loose thier pizazz and definition quickly after drying. I'm going to try your advice next time I try for natural waves.

I just don't know if it's just a symptom of super fine hair that is just over processed from a lot of hair dying, if it's just too long and heavy, and to fine to hold it's pattern.

I am trying to research waves and fine hair and see if I can find a way too work with it but I'm still in a wierd hair place atm.

I gotcha @CynthieLu you could also try using a maximum hold hair spray after the gel when your hair is still wet as the finishing product, that always secures a good hold for me, but now that you say your hair is fine, which might I add, I couldn't tell!! That very well may be the issue. Keep trying though, I can see you definitely have potential for a curl pattern there.

Thank you @lmaster I will add that to my notes. 🖋️ 📜  And don't worry, I won't give up. 💜 I love trying new things and experimenting. I could just braid it and wear it that way but I really want to try to make it work with its natural whatever it is. Really when it's wet and clumping it's so nice. 😅

Oh yeah it's super fine, I mostly take care of my hair myself but when I do go to a salon they always comment on its incredible fine-ness and how's lucky I am too have so much of it. If it wasn't so dense I'd have problems lol.
