New mask coming from innisfree. Early app access June 30; all other platforms July 1.

Volcanic Swirl Exfoliating Pore Mask - innisfree | Sephora

A few years ago, innisfree had a series of clay masks, in a tube, with each mask geared towards a different concern. It may have been exclusive to Korea and Asia, with some products made available through innisfree standalone stores or Asian beauty boutiques. This looks like it's a combination of two of those masks. Regardless, I'm intrigued. I know a few folks here, including @PrettyPaint have used / are fans of the volcanic ash mask - wondering how it will fare vis-a-vis that mask; seems from INCI list it may be more hydrating.

@itsfi Thanks so much for the tag. I hadn't seen this, but I think I may pick it up when it's released at the end of the month. I like that it's only 3 minutes.

So with you on those 3-minutes, @PrettyPaint! 👊 I'm excited for this release, especially if it's half as good as what I'm hoping it will be for my pesky nose area this summer. If you do pick it up, I would love to know how it performs for you (after you have a good amount of time to put it to the test, of course).

@itsfi I'll definitely let you know my thoughts if I purchase it! By the way, this is totally off topic, but I got some of those flat clips you recommended and love them! It's so nice to be able to lean back with them in.

@PrettyPaint, I'm so happy to hear the flat clips have worked out for you. 100% agree about being able to lean back with them, without it digging into the scalp - ouch!!! Did you try them while doing yoga/pilates?

@itsfi I have tried them doing exercises where I have to lie on my back, and they are so much more comfortable. They also haven't broken, which is great. I've destroyed a few clips during exercise.

Isamaya is apparently re-releasing their palettes in a new shape. I wonder if the formulas will still be the same.

@CookieGirl1 the older versions were also kind of annyoing since they had the woman's body on the front so they take up a lot more space than you'd think.

@danielledanielle like @WinglessOne mentioned, I think they're supposed to look like kidney-shaped medical trays (I googled and they're called emesis bowls), which makes sense considering the aesthetic of their other products.

@PrettyPaint I think it was only a sneak peek and no full announcement has been made yet by the brand. I wonder if it'll be a holiday release.

@makeitup305  Haha, love that she’s continuing her “medical procedure” packaging theme with this palette relaunch. Interesting that some shades seem to have smaller pan sizes than others. I haven’t seen anything official from Isamaya yet (I’m on the mailing list) but will likely jump on the original Industrial palette when it’s re-released, pending more info of course.

@WinglessOne i just realized they look like the medical trays, I was wondering why she made them kidney shaped! I'll be interested to see if she changed the formula for the first one since that had some finicky shades.
