Oh perfect @tsavorite , glad you are trying it! Let us know how you like it. Charcoal would be a good idea! I’m always stuck on black probably because of the spectacles 🤓!

Charcoal is just softer than black.  I like it, anyway.  Black mascara has been such a singular mascara option for far too long now.

Was it Bobbi Brown who declared "Only Black Mascara!" so many years ago? 

Before that moment, Brown and Charcoal Mascaras were much more readily available.  Then zero options for a long time.

Slowly, color choices in mascara are coming back in.  Yay!

@itsfi I haven't been too impressed with the Mario makeup I've tried in the past, but this one looks promising! 😃

@Shosh85, is it the colors or formulation that haven't been great for you? Or both? 

This one does seem good (well, for some folks) - it seems to have a mix of colors I often gravitate towards (e.g., browns ... and browns, hahaha!) and ones that I don't but that might be muted and neutral enough (like that olive-y one) that I'd like them? Again, have to see what they look like in person; I spy what looks like to be some pink-leaning hues and those can be no's for me so we shall see. I love his MAKEUP BY MARIO SoftSculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer® that I first learned of through gratis - it's quick & easy and dare I say foolproof (at least, per this fool 😅) and a discontinued flesh-toned liner that I use for my lower waterline. I picked up his liquid eyeshadow at launch and like that - quick & easy (wait, sensing a theme? Hahaha!) and good for a one and done wash of color.

@itsfi  There's a couple things I swatched in-store and was just underwhelmed with both pigment and shade variety...... it was a while ago and don't really remember what they were, so that's not very helpful 😬...... but I do own the MAKEUP BY MARIO Master Metallics® Eyeshadow Palette 12 x 0.03 oz/ 1 g and that's another one that was disappointing to me. The colors look pretty but it's just not very pigmented.

Oh, interesting. Will be good to see swatches of these @blackkitty2014. They’re a couple of shadows in there I’d like to see what they look like in real life.

They do, don't they @PrettyPaint? I remember his very first palette had some shades that were a smidge off texture-wise (chalky) but he resolved that quickly which I thought was excellent on is part, and I've found all his palettes that I've picked up since to be very good. It doesn't appear to be limited edition. 🤔 I've been pretty good about holding off on picking up eyeshadow palettes, in large part because I feel like eyeshadow sticks have been what I've been reaching for a lot - the ease & convenience just speak to me 😃 but I do appreciate a few of the palette releases this year. We'll see. At the very least, I'd take a peak at it. The store closest to me has been closed temporarily for renovations but should be open in time for this drop that could be a good opportunity to stop by to say 'hi' to a few folks and see this in person.
