Anything for "Smokers" Lip Lines AROUND the lips?

I purchased Murad Collagen for around the lips for smokers wrinkles and it didn't work at all, so I then bought Algenist Genius Collagen for lips and I use that and layer it with my day and night cream which is Lancôme Vissionare. Over a few months I now have a plumped look that has given me strange Frankenstein effect on the above lip wrinkles. They are smaller but weirder looking by far. A Sephora sales lady told me to stop buying lip stuff and find a really good eye cream to use above my lip.

I don't really think the Algenist worked at all either (I don't feel like the Algenist Liquid Collagen ever did anything.) but my Day and Night cream have plumped me up quite a bit and my nasolabial fold "smile lines" are vanishing. I don't really like my face plumped but I just spent some more money on Lancôme Renergie eye cream for my eyes not for my mouth. I haven't tried this Lancôme eye cream before. Is there anyway out of the upper lip wrinkles? Does anybody have any tips for the mouth area? I have never bought a lip plumper that worked to give be big sexy lips either so I just feel like the whole mouth area is just a big rip off. I have spent well over $150 on upper lip wrinkle goo in the past year at $25 and $35 per goo. Nothing works at all. Just Day Cream and Night Cream.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The Ordinary Squalane + Amino Acids Hydrating Lip Balm 0.5 oz / 15 ml

This works and works well for deep smokers lip lines. I apply it every night on my lips and just recently(3 weeks ago), I applied it over the smokers lines. It took a bit but it does work for me, personally and it is not too expensive. Lasts a long time and goes on buttery smooth. Doesn't stick to my pillow either. I hope this helps.

Follow advice from Sephora to put eye cream in any of those spots. If you have the Lancolm eye cream, use that.

Cliganic Jojoba oil works great too. Can get it on Canada Amazon.

I found something by accident.  I don't smoke, but have a bad habit of pursing my lips when I'm working on the computer.  That has caused the same sort of vertical lines.

Back in June I was injured on my upper lip.  It left a jagged 1/2" scar that was really red and nasty looking.  I tried the KATE SOMERVILLE - D-Scar™ Scar Diminishing Serum.  It worked great on the scar, but after four months of use, I also noticed the vertical lines on the left side of my upper lip were markedly diminished.  The scar is as faded as it will get at this point, but I'm now using the product all around my mouth.  It took 3-4 months before I really began seeing a change, it definitely didn't happen overnight.

Oh wow. Excellent. Thank you for sharing. I found the

Lip treatment if applied on the lips as well as over the verticle smokers lines works very well. Took about 3 weeks to notice. But I shall try your suggestion as I have a very large scar extending my right mouth area from a horse riding accident. Never thought anything could help with this scar so I can't thank you enough. Maybe one day I won't have a crooked smile. Ty!

Yes Thank you for the advice. I will definitely try it!

Thank you for the tip @flamingolegs. I never smoked also and I am scared of injectables so this sounds like a viable alternative. I feel those vertical smokers line age me.
