hey guys!! i have acne/little bumps on my forehead. my face is pretty clear other then the odd pimple here and there.  WHAT DO I USE????? i cant seem to get rid of it , i did get rid of it briefly last year but it came back, and ive been struggling to get rid of it again for months.  i NEVER had acne prior to these past two  years. i was blessed during my early teen years but seems like i got hit like a truck on my 18th

I have them too! Use a cleanser and after that use the Paula’s Choice exfoliant! It workers wonder I’m not even kidding you. After a week you’ll see a difference or even after a few days. The Tatcha face washes they are good for that stuff too! You got this!

If you wear bangs or touch your forehead a lot it can greatly affect your skin like that. My daughter had to take antibiotics for 6 months to get hers cleared up once it broke out.

Just be sure to keep hair off your forehead and do not wear hats or headbands if possible. Keep a good cleansing routine morning and night. Do moisturize even if you have oily skin. Just use a moisturizer made for your skin type.

Dermatologist may be your best bet.

Maybe try tower 28 SOS spray? I have heard good things about it and it may work for your forehead.
