Skincare for acne

Hey everyone! I need some advice about skincare. For some context, i have acne nd acne spot on face. I want to achieve clear, glowy and acne free skin . I’ve tried skincare and i use neutrogena acne free facewash nd some CeraVe products but cant change on my face . if anyone can recommend some goodproducts to help me clear my face acne nd acne spot that would be fantastic! Preferably $20 and below. Thank you so much lovelies 🥰🥰
