How to get rid of small bumps on forehead and face?

I have normal skin but i cant seem to get rid of these little bumps all over my forehead and they occasionally show up on my cheeks and chin sometimes too. 
I have been using- ordinary’s mandelic acid 10% ha serum and neutrogena stubborn blackheads - 10% glycolic + mandelic + polyhydroxy acids- for spot treatment on those bumps and some more tiny bumps around my face. 
after that I apply ordinary- cold pressed rose hip seed oil.

  • i clean my face with cetaphil cleanser facewash every night before my night time routine. 

i have been doing this for over 3 months now with no results. Please help!
