How do I get rid of these tiny bumps?

These bumps have been on my forehead for 4 years now theyโ€™ve gone through up and downs but they never go away. Recently Iโ€™ve been getting them on the side of my cheeks as well. I tried to do as much research as possible and found other tiny bumps called Milla and other ones but none of them are like mine. They do not itch at all. I have oily skin and itโ€™s acne prone as well. I use Cerave foaming cleanser, the ordinary niacimadie and cerave moisturizer. These bumps on my skin r really getting to me and taking affect on everything I feel more insecure because of them. I really need help please.

Re: How do I get rid of these tiny bumps?

Hi! I have similar acne on my forehead and it was also super stubborn! I would  recommend the Proactiv+ 3 step acne system. Those little bumps went away and my face is a lot less red. My advice would be to go to a dermatologist because if you donโ€™t know what kind of acne you have it will be hard to treat. I hope this helps and that you are having a great summer! ๐Ÿ™‚

Anytime you see something weird on your skin that you can't identify it's best to go to a doctor. Just to be on the safe side. Sometimes with a good copay prescriptions can be cheaper than over the counter products. If it is Milia people seem to reccomend AHA's for it like Lactic acid and glycolic acid. But a product with both AHA's and BHA's might work too.

Hey! I would most definitely get in to see an esthetician or Derm to address this. In the meantime, look into the Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid treatment and take a look at your diet. Good luck!

Hey I watch this YouTube channel โ€œHyramโ€ about skin care and it changed my life, he made a video about your issue and I find his solutions usually work so Iโ€™ll leave the link!

Re: How do I get rid of these tiny bumps?

This occurs whenever there is an overproduction of oil or moisture on the face. Try using BHA products. Stay away from products that have a high concentration of oils. Switch your cleanser to a salicylic acid cleanser and incorporate a BHA exfoliator (Paula's Choice 2% BHA is a good one). Niacinamide is good; stick with that. If you want more info, I suggest checking out Hyram's latest video on youtube. He covers this exact issue and how to get rid of them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJv3-2yYfvs&t=105s
