@Fel365 It could be that your skincare combo in the morning is causing the concealer to separate. Sometimes formulas don't mesh well together. Try omitting one step every day and see if you get different results.

I would recommend a retinol for dark spots it really helped lighten my dark spots and it was really helpful for my acne scares too.

@AnimalLover98 That cleanser has quite a few essential oils including spearmint, which your skin might not like. Some people are more sensitive to them. Do you have any issues with other cleansers?

@LariJacquez maybe the sunscreen isn't moisturizing enough or isn't sitting well on the serum? Try using a sample of another moisturizer and see if that will fix the problem. I like the Biossance Squalane + Omega Repair Deep Hydration Moisturizer with Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid but it might not by hydrating enough if you have dry patches. Maybe try Cerave if you feel like you need something richer. Let your skincare absorb for a few minutes before going in with makeup.

@sirriladude, that's a medium-full coverage concealer. Depends on what your using it for? (Like foundation? Undereye? Spot concealing? Highlighter?) Check your skin prep. Did you moisturize enough?So you need to exfoliate? Gentle exfoliants can help.Apply less. Use a dot of concealer and apply with either a fluffy brush or a damp spongeIf using like a foundation, mix it with something like DIOR Forever Glow Star Filter Multi-Use Complexion Enhancing Booster or even just your moisturizer to sheer it out.

It’s on my chin and cheeks. I have been using the inkey list sacylic acid cleanser, the byoma milky toner, the ordinary serum with zinc and hylronic acid, the ordinary mosturizer I can’t remember the exact one and the sunbum sun screen. I haven’t gone to a dermatologist I don’t really feel like getting a referral for it to be honest. I’ve been using the same products for quite a while too.
