I need help!!

I am a teenager, so obviously my skin is gonna go through it sometimes. I use this acne gel called “differen” and it works very well! But there are some times when i STILL break out really bad, and I don’t know why! I change my pillow cases often, wash my face well and not too rough, and all the things and i just don’t know. i don’t eat terrible either

Hormones are usually a big part of it at your age, and sometimes even stress or small things like hair products touching the skin can trigger it without you noticing. If everything else is consistent, I’d avoid changing too much at once. Ace gels especially needs time and stopping/starting it can actually make things feel more unpredictable. If it keeps coming in waves despite being consistent for a while, it might need a bit of adjustment from a GP or derm.
