chin acne

i get chin acne alot 😭

its really annoying, anyone have any recommendations for getting rid of it?

this might sound silly but i was getting a ton of chin acne and it was my toothpaste!!! any toothpaste that claims to whiten teeth was giving me all kinds of acne around my chin and mouth.

For the topical side look for a low-percentage benzoyl peroxide spot treatment on active breakouts & salicylic acid as a leave-on. Niacinamide helps with sebum regulation over time. It's worth discussing with a derma if it still persists. Chin/jawline are hormonal acne zones. Topical treatments help manage it but won't fully resolve it if the hormonal driver is ongoing.
