Acne on cheeks

am in my mid-30s and in eh past few weeks have notices increased acne on my cheeks. I have not changed products. I use Murad Renewal face wash and Murad renewal night cream at night and Murad renewal face wash with Murad perfecting day cream in teh morning. I have nto changed my makeup routine either. hte only thing on my cheeks in my Makeup Forever HD Ultra foundation. What should i do differntly? new foundation for mor e'mature' skin? new cleansing routine? please help, im too old for acne!!!!
