trouble logging in / points disappeared
all my points have disappeared and i haven't used them! i posted about that a couple of days ago and someone from customer service emailed me a password reset link, but by the time i'd clicked on it it told me it had expired. would it be possible to resend that link? (i had to make another sephora acct to post this because it's not letting me log into my other one anymore, my original nickname on here was cocoelise)

Hi cocoelise, let me know if you need a new password resent to you- the password emails expire an hour after being sent so if you won't be able to check your email for it, please give us a call at 1-877-737-4672 and a representative can assist you with a new password right then.
