Trying to submit application for sephora visa

i want to apply for the sephora visa credit card but every time i try to hit submit it wont work. I've double checked so many times to make sure all the required info has been filled out and that i checked the box to agree to the terms and conditions. anyone else having this problem?

Was this issue solved for anyone? I can't click and check the section where it says "I understand" and hit sumbit. Help?

And before anyone says log in/log out, I already tried applying on two different (yes, they are current with updates) devices with completely different operating systems, neither one lets me submit the application.

I'm sorry for the trouble! I'd recommend trying to sign out and sign back, as well as clear your cookies/cache on your web browser. You might also want to try applying through the Sephora app if you haven't already.
