Hello there, ladies and gents!

Keeping in line with all the fun and interactive threads asking about your most recent halls, items you have your eyes on, what you're currently wearing, what's your hair routine, and more, I've decide to branch out and ask:

"What's on your plate?"

The beauty world doesn't just stop at skin care and cosmetics, it also goes hand in hand with your overall health and well-being, so with that, I'm curious to see what we're all chowing down and snacking on be it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or inbetween!

For those with apps that help count calories or to those who just want to keep a log, here's a place to share, possibly find and share some recipes, and even tips on maintaining a balanced diet.

Don't just share food items, but even drinks! I'm a huge fan of tea and at least have a cup of green tea a day (anti-oxidants) and drink plenty of water.

For lunch today, I had:

-Brown rice

-Steamed egg

-Steamed red snapper with green onion, sesame oil, and black pepper

-Gai lan (it's a type of Chinese vegetable/greens)

Now, tell me, Beauty Talk world, what do you have? 😄

That sounds yummy 😋 @JoSometimes An old cartoon I liked had a Okonomiyaki Chef character, Ive actually wanted you try this. 😊 (it's good to know it might be something I'd like.) I've never seen it on a menu, but if I do I'm ordering it! 🍽️

It was such a tasty treat @CorgiMommy and we all tried out some new flavours. Its fun but a little risky trying new things when you are out too eat, lol. 😜

Hello my foodie friends- Has anyone ever ordered pecans online before?  I need some for Thanksgiving, and the grocery ones here are just...stale.  I've ordered from nuts.com before, but again, not that fresh.  Thanks!

I finally got to eat at a sit down restaurant. Well ok, 2 of them. At Black Bear I had a biscuit club thing, minus the yuckycado of course. 

And at Ihop I had the Lemon Ricotta Fresh Berry Crepes. I only ordered two but they accidently gave me 4. It was also very yummy.

@Samtian, ahhh, I haven't been to either of these restaurant in ages. No avocado for you, Samtian. I'm shocked! 🤣 An extra 2 crepes is the way accidents should happen. Lemon and blueberry are two fruit pairings that I love so those lemon ricotta blueberry crepes are looking very tasty! 😋

@Samtian Looke like two delicious dishes. Lemon ricotta fresh berry crepes sounds light fresh and slightly sweet. I would definitely want to order that if I saw it on a menu.

@Samtian  Looks yummy! We recently ate at IHOP after years of not , and I thought their omelets were really good.

@Ispend2much6 I hope it was a great experience. My local one we don't go to anymore because of the last few visits being horrible.

We ordered takeout from Earls but i wanted to feel like I was eating a home cooked meal so onto a plate it went!  Salmon and mushroom rice with peanuts and salad with radishes and the most yummy cilantro vinaigrette.
