Hi All! Just had to share this. Tried to use the store name Saks in a pm I was sending and got the "you used a bad word" message so had to change it to S*ks. Weird that it works her though. LOL.

Yep.  Any obvious competitor's name comes up like that.  Katie from BT said it was a glitch.  You can get around that by typing a space in between the letters of your bad words. 🙂

My guess is they are working up some kind of analytic to see how much people talk about other retailers on here, and then accidentally included it in the filter instead/also.
