Happy holidays, BIC!!! The year has flown by and the days will only go by more quickly as we move closer and closer to the end of December. With all the events, festivities and holidays this month brings, the season can be a fun and joyous time, but it can also be a very busy, heavy and sometimes stressful one as well. It's important to prioritize self-care during the holiday season; consider this month's game of BWell bingo one of the tools  available to help you keep wellness top of mind.

I may need to employ a different strategy for some of these next year @blackkitty2014 and do the activities that are more challenging for me first, lolololol. I may be more motivated at the beginning.

My progress so far. This is another wonderful thread @itsfi created. Thx you 🌹 Couple things to mention: 

Check in: I remind myself to call mom everyday. 😘

New to you: I’m starting to looking more into investing just to realized there were too many boats I missed … 🤣😂

Treat yourself: Sparkling cider anyone? This year I found so many fun flavor liked Promegranate, Mango, Pear…I’m drinking them and exercise to burn the calories off later 🤣😂

Exercise and Stretch: again I finished my December fitness challenge 🥳

Joy & Treat Yourself - Makeup Show Pop Up 

Winter Walk & Exercise: a couple of days, I went to our major park and used the fitness equipment there

Decluttering: So if this is the year of using the pretty things, the following year is optimization of the pretty things.  Way less fun, but coming along. Slowly. Finally let got of my mini Naked 2, which had 2/6 shades panned, but it's all cool toned colors that I have elsewhere.

@Samtian , ahh.  I tend to toss/gift on a final whim because if I linger, I'll have second thoughts... Like "let's see if I can pan this shade" and then bam! It's somehow back into my collection.
