Recommendations to help fight inflammation of joints and the body in general?

Hi! @patty11! All top mushrooms (chaga, reishi etc) are good for the gut and there’s research to indicate that they contain Anti-inflammatory and Immunomodulating properties. The former is also true for some adaptogens, like Rhodiola. So I would experiment with chaga in the morning and reishi in the evening. You should still chat with your doctor or physician to learn if something else is imbalanced.

Are there any Sugars in your products?

Re: Let's Chat Adaptogens with Four Sigmatic

Hi @GG84! Most of our products don’t contain any sugar. The few exceptions are the FOUR SIGMATIC - Chai Latte Mushroom Mix with Turkey Tail & Reishi (1g of sugar), FOUR SIGMATIC - Golden Latte Mushroom Mix with Shiitake & Turmeric(1g of sugar), and FOUR SIGMATIC - Mushroom Hot Cacao Mix with Reishi(2g of sugar). And even in these cases the sugar comes from coconut palm, which has an incredibly low glycemic index of 35. Plus it tastes yummy 🙂
