Cryo and MedSPA LIFE!

I'm on a serious health journey trying to lose more weight and make my skin as healthy and even as possible. I go to a health spa in NYC called Next Health and I'm getting IV Drips, Vitamin Shots, Light therapy and cryotherapy. It's been 6 weeks and I can feel a difference. I will update with progress pics, but here is a shot just before the cryotherapy chamber.

Cryotherapy is a game changer! I wish it was a bit more inexpensive; I would make it a part of my weekly routine!
