what brands never fail you guys? what are your all time favorite brands that never let you down no matter what product? mine are too faced, fenty so far, kat von d, and for skincare Clinique has never let me down when I don't know who to choose so I default on these guys.

Tarte ( for eyeshadow palettes and lipsticks.) UD (lipsticks). ABH (lip gloss and contour). Estée Lauder (foundation. )

@Anonymous my favorite high end makeup brands are definitely: Hourglass, Marc Jacobs and Too Faced! Drugstore: Flower Beauty, Maybelline and L’Oréal! Skincare will definitely be Sunday Riley, Amore Pacific and Ole Henricksen.

the only three brands that never let me down no matter what I buy (the only one's I'm truly okay with buying online) are Urban Decay, Pretty Vulgar, and Too Faced 🙂

For Skincare, definitely Drunk Elephant, Paula's Choice and Deciem (which includes the Ordinary and NIOD)

As for makeup, hmmm.. I would Have to say Viseart for sure and Hourglass 🙂

Skincare: SK-II Favorite makeup: Chanel primer, ABH & Sephora eye palettes (I have not tried Natasha Denona but would like to), I like the Fenty stix I just purchased, I'm always switching up my foundation & sunscreen (everything I try gives me acne) Makeup brands that give me acne: UD, Tarte, MUFE

Skincare: PTR and Murad I don't think I've found a brand that always works for everything. Like, NARS has the best colors but I HATE the foundations. Urban Decay has great products but hated the foundation there too. MUF has great foundation but I don't love the rest of the line.

There's a lot of brands I love and I am happy that sephora has so many options to choose from. Everyone likes different things. Here's some of my faves by category: 

Skincare: Sunday Riley, Biossance, Farmacy, Peter Thomas Roth, & Origins haven't let me down so far

Lipstick: Smashbox, Nudestix, Nars, YSL, Tom Ford, Pat McGrath

Highlighters: Cover Fx, Fenty, & Becca

Mascara: Buxom, Lancome, Benefit

Foundation: YSL, Laura Mercier, Tarte, Georgio Armani

Makeup in General: Tarte, ABH, Bobbi Brown, Marc Jacobs

Coolest Products: Milk, Fenty, Kat Von D

Least Favorite Brand: Too Faced (only thing I buy is their lip plumper & their eyeshadow primer)

Skincare is definitely Sunday Riley. Obsessed is an understatement when it comes to her and her skincare. As far as makeup...I’d have to go with Marc Jacobs. I’ve never used a product I didn’t love. Even his brushes are amazing.

Too Faced for makeup and Dr. Jart+ skincare. I love Fenty products a lot too but the foundation and primer weren’t right for my skin type. KVD is awesome too! Her products always come through!
