What is the best brand of eye liner to use?

I'm starting to wear eyeliner more and I can't find one that I can get a smooth finished look with. It's taken some time to get used to doing a winged look but I'm really trying to have a nice line and it look like it was done in one swipe not multiple. Thanks for the advice
