Spring Sale 2020!

Hi everyone! I have made a couple orders during this sale, one was received pretty quickly, which is awesome, the order was placed 4/19, with no word of shipping yet, I know there’s a global pandemic and delays are to be expected, I was hoping to get a rough estimate on about how long from ordering/processing/ delivery, has anyone else been experiencing delays? If you received, would mind sharing how long the turnaround took for you? Thanks! Stay safe all

@liftinglady I placed 4 orders and have Flash shipping. One of the orders I paid for expedited and it arrived in a day. The other orders with flash-one arrived 5 days, the other arrived on time in 2 days.  The other order I just placed yesterday with expedited says it should arrive Monday.

Placed orders on the 17th ETA of May 5th. Placed order today ETA May 15. It is what it is.

@liftinglady I placed my order on 4/21 and have an estimated delivery date of 5/6.

I placed three orders on Tuesday because things went in & out of stock - all with an estimated delivery date in May (two for the first week & one for the second week of May). There should be an estimated delivery date on your orders too. 😉

For now I am still waiting for things to be shipped too but guess they won't for a while - it is a very long delay imo. I am hoping things get shipped sooner after all, but I guess I just have to be patient for now. ^.^

I placed an order before the sale. I normally get my items within four business days and it took nearly two weeks for the items to get here. I placed another order during the sale, as soon as the discount went live and the Fenty blushes were available, and it shipped on Wednesday. I got an email saying that it'll be here soon but the last update was Montreal.

Definitely delays. I placed an order before the sale began, and there was a significant delay before it was shipped. Once it was shipped, it got to me pretty quickly. I imagine now with the sale, it'll be even busier. I think it's normal to expect your order to be delayed with stores closed, everyone is directed to shop online. I appreciate how hard the staff must be working behind the scenes, while trying to maintain social distancing. Hopefully you get your order soon. I know how hard it is to wait!
