Rouge, you get first access to the event and have TWO weekends of savings: Fri 4/13 – Mon 4/16 and Fri 4/20 – Mon 4/23. This means you get 15% off on the hottest beauty products before anyone else. But that’s not all— on 4/13, for one day you can bring a friend and extend your Rouge discount. That’s 15% off for you and your friend when you shop in-store, PLUS you also get a bag full of samples and a Sephora branded card case free with any merchandise purchase (provided on a first-come first-served basis).     • We’re glad you asked. For one day only, 4/13, all Rouge clients get to bring a friend to shop with them in-store and share their 15% discount. Your friend has to be enrolled in the Beauty Insider program and you both must be in-store for your friend to receive 15% off. Not only will your friend get to experience Rouge early access with you but they will also receive the sample bag and Sephora card case with a purchase, while supplies last.
  • Can I redeem the offer more than once?
    • If you forget something the first time around, don’t even stress. The offer can be used as many times as you want. Just one catch: One sample set and one card case per Rouge client while supplies last, in-stores only.
  • Is this offer available in Canada?
    • Yes!
  • What about Sephora inside JCPenney?
    • The offer is valid in Sephora inside JCPenney stores however, the offer is not valid on jcp.com.
  • Are there any exclusions?
    • In one word, yes. In lots of words: The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, Flash shipping or PLAY! by Sephora subscriptions, or combined with any other promotional offers. Not valid on The Ordinary-branded items and not valid on purchases of customizable sets online or through Sephora’s Customer Service. Clients are limited to the purchase of one Dyson-branded item and three Drunk Elephant-branded items per transaction. Merchandise quantities may be limited, see store for details.

This is soo adorable @angel7594.  I made a small order last night.  I dont have anything else on my list (ahem, i try to be good).  I wish they offer this once to every Rouge (including online purchase).  Enjoy!!! It is so cute

I stopped in store with my mailer containing the 15% off bar code, and at the cash wrap I gave it to the SA. I still had to ask for the sample bag and card holder after my transaction. There seemed to be some confusion regarding the offer, I wish the communication was better and consistent, because it turns a fun outing into a frustrating experience for the customer. I do not feel Rouge members should have to ask for the gift after giving the coupon to the cashier. It should be an automatic prompt in my opinion.

The card case is really cute and well made. I am glad I went in to get one. It was really nice to have a change from the previous cosmetic bags. My sample bag contained the same items in the photo.

@angel7594. I’m sorry you had that experience!! I went to Sephora twice in person I did a ‘controlled strike” on Friday. I took an early/long lunch and was there by 10:45am. I got the sample bag and card without having to ask, but the SA KEPT my coupon!!! Seeing as how they are resueable, I do not think they should do that. Fortunately I had the digital coupon in my apple wallet so I was able to use it again the next day when I went. day two they threw in foil samples, and were SUPER staffed so I was able to once again do a controlled strike and ONLY buy what I went in for. I bought Olaplex because I am full on mermaids FYI get my hair today and wanted to reverse the damage from bleach!!!

I'm annoyed that I had to ask for the discount (the cashier said she couldn't give it to me until I asked even though she had my VIB card). Then I didn't even get any of the samples or the card case. All I got was a special bag to hold my purchase...I wish I'd thought of asking for the samples, but I was already in the parking lot when I realized she hadn't given them to me.

But why? If I have the VIB Rouge card and I've handed it over, why not just give the promotion automatically?

Yeah, I am really not bothered about not getting the sample bag, though I would've been had it been a bag of deluxe samples. I am more annoyed by the inconsistency that continues with communicating these things to the staff. The Pacific Centre and Robson locations are just blocks apart and had two different understandings of what the promo included/involved. Appreciate the discount and am glad I got the card case, but to see that everyone's experience was so varied is what I find silly.

For the first time ever I made myself go to the store this morning. Most of the time I’m working during in-store promos and even if I’m not I don’t want to waste little time I have on going to the store. It was nice to get the samples and the card case (which is so cute in person). The store also gifted me the Sephora bag because of their anniversary. So far: one order in store and two placed online. Lovely start to a sunny weekend. Thank you Sephora 🧚🏼‍♀️

I've been good! Well, sort of... I was impatient to wait to buy a new Armani ecstasy lacquer so I grabbed one yesterday (I plan to wear it this weekend).

 

There are other things I want but nothing I need so I'm not gonna buy anything with my discount this time around! I grabbed a few things from Ulta instead.

I just got back from the Pacific Centre location in Vancouver and got the sample baggie but inside has no card case? What the heck?? Did someone steal it? That’s so disappointing...

To me it was the opposite. I got only the card case and zero samples. Associate didn't even know what was happening. When I asked for the samples, she told me I could only redeem Beauty Awards for samples... So frustrating! Being Rouge seems so pointless these days.

Sorry to hear about this! It sounds like they may have not included the card case. I recommend contacting them directly as they may be able to assist you further!

That happened to me too! I was still in the mall so I went back and asked and apparently the SA forgot to give me my card case. It was separate from the sample baggies.

I noticed that the samples were in a clear plastic Sephora baggie and the card was kept separately. The associate in store that I went to added the samples, card case and a Sephora bag (it is only for my location as they are celebrating their anniversary today) into one standard Sephora paper bag and gave it to me. It’s possible that the associate just forgot to add the card case to your bag.

@kookygal Hilarious! I just went to the Robson location and ONLY got the card case, no samples! They told the girl beside me that you only get samples if you order online...

Hmmm... interesting @kookygal and @NotCrocker.  I did get both, but had to ask for both.  The sales person didn't seem to clear about what was included in the promo.  I thought she may have just been new, but it sounds like elsewhere there were similar experiences.

I live 90 min one way from a Sephora. Can I just send a friend?  I have to work 8-5 and don’t want to drive that far in rush hour traffic. Is there any consideration to making these rouge gifts available online in the future?

@Indy701 Sorry! You do have to be present to receive the discount and redeem the gift. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is while supplies last, so you might want to check if your store has any left over tomorrow.
