Never get the samples I ask for

Hi,

I just want to make an observation.   I have had no problems with the actual products I've ordered, but I have NEVER gotten the same samples that I've requested.  I might get one out of 2 or 3.  I might really want to try a particular perfume, but instead I get a shampoo sample that I can't even use.   PLEASE, just say that you'll send random samples instead of pretending we get a choice.  Thanks.
