#Lipstories launched on the Sephora app TODAY!! What is #Lipstories you might ask? Well, only the newest lipstick launch from Sephora Collection. There is a total of 40 shades that come in either cream, metallic, or matte finishes! Now you can switch up your lip look whether you are going to a cool music festival, a brunch date with your BFFs, or just spending time with bae. And did I mention these are only $8?!

These will be available online tomorrow Wednesday, December 13th  and in stores on Tuesday, December 26th!

@KatieBT and I swatched four shades with a holiday theme and tried out our favorite shades of the four. These lipsticks are so creamy and apply evenly! Check out our swatches and looks below 😉

12/14 UPDATE: Today we have swatches of a summery, bright collection inspired by warm weather and days at the pool! From top to bottom you have Celebrate, Hot in Havana, Coconut Grove and Popsicle Lips. Of course, I had to try the metallic shade 😉  -@KatieBT

I purchased Matinee without seeing a swatch of it and right after I did I thought to myself "I sure hope it'll look nice." Seeing the post of the swatch makes me feel so much better.  Can't wait to get my order!  🙂

Yeah, I've been trying to watch swatch videos on youtube and I see very  very little. There are move vlogs of the launch party than swatch videos at the moment. Come on Sephora Marketing team, stop partying and lets see the goods.

So true @Ispend2much6; I usually am not so daring and will just wait to either go to a Sephora store and swatch it or keep an eye out to see if there would be more pics of swatches.  I ended up ordering Matinee along with Hong Kong by Night. 

When it came to ordering Hong Kong by Night, I was having an experience similar to the Bill Murray character in Goundhog Day - LOL!  When I went onto the website to purchase it would be "out of stock" so I signed up to receive an email when it had been re-stocked, but whenever that happened, I managed to always miss it and would get the "out of stock" message again - this happened a good 2, maybe 3 times. So this time, it was in stock and I was able to add it to my cart and Matinee was already in there so I just decided I'd better just checkout before I received another 'out of stock' message. ha!

$8 Cost is great, and gets our attention, but how the lipstick looks and how the formula works is even more important!  Because of you and @KatieBT, I will give this brand a try!  🙂
