Wish they did something similar to this when they first launched their Color IQ tool, since I hesitated to get my skin colour-matched until I decided to do both today, as I was worried that they wouldn't be able to sanitize their tech tools!

Curses! I was in Sephora about an hour ago and while I did see many facemasks displays no one mentioned the promotion. What a bummer, especially since I was asked by at least 6 different girls if I needed anything.. oh well. Poor me 😉

I am really disappointed, drove all the way out to the sjcp near me, and they denied knowing about this. And when i showed them the ad, she said she’d check with the manager and proceeded to not check at all, just handed me my purchase and that was it. This is why i normally don’t go to sjcp unless i really need something that ulta doesn’t have. Its a shame to have such poor service, and today is the only day for this. Smh

I went to the store today for my face mask...the SA told me I needed an email to receive one. But I showed her the details in my Sephora app, nowhere does it say you had to have an email. The SA was really nice and gave me the face mask. But the hydration reading...the SA did my hydration reading and immediately did my friends also. She did not clean the meter before putting it on my friends face. Yuck. That is not hygienic. Do you teach your employees to clean the hydration meter between customers??

I still asked to specifically sanitize it with makeup remover instead of alcohol (since one of the reasons is because I don't like the smell of it!), even though they were already about to sanitize it automatically for me!
