If I got the email about $15 off as a beauty insider, then I reached VIB status a few days later, will my barcode still just give me $15 off or will it now give me $20?

Just trying 2017reward code online and see. But please keep in mind that, you have to qualify/ sign up before Oct to receive coupon/ offer. If you’re not quality for $20 off then you will be next year. Hopefully it’s helpful. Have fun shopping!!

I keep trying to use the code 2017REWARD..... but it won’t apply the discount. I keep getting a red tab stating “You must be logged into your VIB account and have a minimum purchase of $50”

Im so confused as to why it won’t work. I’m clearly logged in....have $125 or so, amount totaled in my cart.....yet it still won’t work. 

Ive signed out....back in. Nothing. 

Live tried going through the app.....same thing. Nothing. 

Live read over the terms & conditions to make sure I’m not trying to purchase something not applicable. Nothing. 

Lol. I have no idea what’s up. Anyone else having issues ?

The Rewards Card is a one time use promo code that can either be used in stores (Sephora store or SiJCP) or online. Seeing that you are a VIB member, you will get $20 off a minimum purchase of $50 (prior to taxes). Check your registered email for your unique in-store code. If you are purchasing online, you can use the code 2017REWARD. Hopes this helps, @brrrrrooooookke

You can get the regular 3 sample packets, but correct, you cannot use another promo to get a deluxe-size sample.

I used the code 2017 reward for an online purchase. I also received a card in the mail for the same type of offer. Does anyone know if you can use the $20 off card in the store if you already used the online code?

Yes if you used it in store at Jcpenney and not self standing sephora

Sadly you can't @Natalieteresa. The codes are linked to your beauty insider account. If you ordered something online and try to use the reward card in store, the SA will tell you it has already been redeemed when she/he scans the card.

I think you could try to use the code at Sephora inside JCP stores but it has to be in store because there are two barcodes in your card or your email so I supposed that if you purchase something inside JCP, they scan the code for JCP only🤷🏻‍♀️
